On the new website, TAG offers the customers and retail partners the ability to keep track of the status of watch repairs. Customers can use this to login into the website to track a work order, view dated history of all consecutive repair steps already achieved as well as related documents. This password protected section of the website also offers provision to check the repair estimates and authorize payments via paypal.

TAG Heuer will not begin emailing retailers service estimates or status updates without their expressed consent.
